If you have a damaged iPhone/Smartphone/Surf Tablet screen or a tablet, a broken glass, a cracked LCD, a flashing display or a moisture-damaged mobile phone, we will help you as we repair and fix your broken/moisture-damaged iPhone, Smartphone, Tablet.
We service iPhone, iPad, Samsung and other Smartphones/mobile phones and tablets. We want to offer a fast and economically advantageous alternative for those of you who were unlucky and had your iPhone/Smartphone damaged.
To help you, we use our extensive experience in iPhone/Smartphone/tablet service, so contact us immediately if your iPhone/Tablet is not working as it should.
We carry out repairs on Apple, Samsung, Google, Sony Xperia, Huawei, One Plus, Motorola and Xiaomi smartphones.
We use original parts, alternatively high-quality OEM products and of course with a guarantee on your repair.
If you do not have an opportunity to personally hand in your iPhone/mobile/tablet for examination/repair to our service center in Uppsala, you can instead send it to us.

Free shipping T/R when ordering Service over SEK 995, we will email a shipping note.
We can also send a waybill for orders under 995 for only SEK 95.
Below are instructions on how to proceed:
1. Pack your mobile properly!
To prevent the phone from breaking during shipping, it should be packed properly.
It is fine to send it in the original box or some other small box.
Just make sure that it is not completely loose in the box/envelope, but always has some form of support, e.g. cellular plastic.
We will email you a delivery note that you stick to the package.
2. Hand in the package to any DHL service point office.
If you want to send the mobile phone/tablet yourself, we recommend that it be sent as a company package. That way, you are sure that it will arrive.

When you send your device to us, we will repair it and send it back within 24 hours
Please enclose the following information with the shipment:
Misdescription of product.
Name, address and contact/phone number.
Serial number / IMEI number of sent device.
During the examination, we examine your unit and finally give you a cost proposal.
Upon your approval, we will repair your device and ship it back after payment. The payment options are invoice/bank transfer Swish or card payment.
Service prices:
In the case of a desired cost estimate for a phone repair, an examination cost of SEK 500 incl. VAT on submission to our service.
The amount is deducted at the time of repair, but is not deducted if the product after examination is found to be a NOT profitable repair.
When submitting service, the following applies:
All data is usually left on the device after a repair, but Elgruvan takes no responsibility for lost data.
Elgruvan is not responsible for the loss of stored customer information/data that may disappear from the phone during repair.
Proper backup should take place on all data before submission for service. Elgruvan is not responsible for program and software errors.
Elgruvan offers a 12-month functional warranty on replaced parts and labor.
The warranty does not apply if the fault is caused by handling errors on the part of the customer, e.g. tap, moisture, crushing damage
Warranty on the phone is lost in the event of changes to the phone's software.
Warranty cannot be provided on repairs of liquid-damaged mobile devices.
The repair may void the manufacturer warranty of your device.
Elgruvan is not responsible for program and software errors.
A service fee of SEK 400 is charged when the phone cannot be repaired.
It is sometimes advisable to do a factory reset after a repair.
We provide no guarantees for the waterproofness of the mobile phone after repair.
A maximum of 3 months is responsible for submitted equipment. After that, sales can take place in accordance with the law on the right for traders to sell goods that have not been collected.
Why does my iPhone show an "Important Message" or "Unknown Component" message?
If your iPhone has been repaired, such as with a battery, screen, or camera replacement, you may see messages like "Important Message" or "Unknown Component." This does not mean that something is wrong, but rather that iPhone components are digitally "paired" with the device. Only Apple Authorized Service Providers can recode these components when they are replaced.
This message does not affect functionality and will disappear from the lock screen after a few days, but may continue to appear in settings.
To see information about replaced parts, go to:
Settings > General > About > Components & Service History (iOS 15.2 and later).
This message does not affect the performance of your phone and may disappear after a future update.
