How long does it take to change the screen?

Usually it takes one hour - two hours. We have drop-in and therefore it varies depending on how much we managed to get in during the day, but we always aim for under two hours.

How long does it take to change the battery?

Battery replacement on the iPhone can take between 10-30 minutes depending on the model. Other mobile brands can take up to an hour.

What kind of warranty do you get when replacing the screen?

With us at Elgruvan, the customer receives a one-year functional guarantee on replaced spare parts. That is, if you have replaced a screen with us and the functions have stopped working, you can return it as a warranty subject, provided that the screen does not have external damage or a damaged LCD. If the screen has external damage, the warranty expires.

I don't live nearby. Can I send you my mobile phone?

Absolutely! Order the service you want online and for orders over SEK 995 you will receive a free shipping bill from us via email to send in your mobile phone.

My phone has been water damaged. Can you help me?

Yes, you can submit the mobile phone for an examination which costs SEK 400 and then the technician will examine the mobile phone and get back to you with a report and a price proposal for repairing the mobile phone.

Is my mobile waterproof after the repair?

We mount a seal on the device so that it can withstand moisture, but we cannot guarantee that it is waterproof like a new mobile.

My product is broken. How do I go about?

If a product is broken, we need a picture or video of the damage that you email us with the order number to kundtjanst@elgruvan.se.

What happens if I forget to pick up my package?

If the package is not picked up from the transport company, the return shipping cost and an administrative fee of SEK 150 excl. VAT.
