Applicability 
These terms and conditions of purchase are applicable unless Swedish or other applicable law provides for terms that are in conflict with these. For private consumers, the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act apply, which also includes protection for the sales company. More information about this can be found on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website, www.kov.se.

Delivery

Delivery of stock items takes place under normal conditions within 2-3 working days, free shipping applies within Sweden.

Delivery time

Elgruvan usually process orders on the same business day if the product(s) are in stock and the order is placed before 14:00. The delivery time varies depending on the chosen shipping option (1-2 and 2-3 business days). Products that are not in stock, but are in stock "At the supplier", have a longer delivery time.

Pick up in store

If you choose to pick up your order in our store and all products are available in the store, you can pick it up immediately. If all products are not available, we will notify you when the order is available. 

Rates 
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. The prices on our website are valid until further notice and we reserve the right to make changes.

Card payment  
Pay with Visa / Mastercard ,Internet bank Föreningssparbanken / Swedbank,Internet bank Handelsbanken,Internet bank SEB,Internet bank Nordea or with Withheld funds. Your payment is mediated by Klarna https://www.klarna.com/se/ safe and easy to pay because you do not need to provide bank or card details and you have the opportunity to choose your own payment method.

When paying by invoice, we cooperate with Klarna. To pay by invoice, you must enter your personal identity number or corporate identity number. A prerequisite for receiving an invoice is that you are registered in the population register in Sweden and are over 18 years of age. You must not have any records of non-payment. All invoices are Elgruvan.se   transferred to Klarna Bank AB. The invoice's payment terms are 14 days. In the event of late payment, an agreed and statutory reminder fee will be charged. Interest on late payments is 2% per month. In the event of non-payment, the invoice is handed over to debt collection.

Order 
If the customer is under 18 years of age, parental permission must be obtained before the purchase is completed. Orders made in another person's name without their consent, or in any other way that causes Elgruvan to suffer financial damage, will be reported to the police. Elgruvan disclaims for printing errors, errors in information, and errors in specification, on all products and services in Elgruvan's range. All image information should be seen as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the exact appearance and quality.

Guarantees 
All new products, except those excluded below, are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty is only valid upon presentation of the original purchase receipt or invoice/delivery note. The warranty does not cover damage caused by external damage, incorrect connection or improper handling. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by abnormal wear and tear, overvoltage, incorrect programming or tampering with a product. Goods excluded from warranty are all consumables/consumables (e.g. batteries, power bank, programmable modules, receivers, etc.).

At Elgruvan , you have a one-year functional warranty on replaced spare parts. That is, if you have replaced a screen with us and the functions have stopped working, you can submit it as a warranty provided that the screen does not have external damage or damaged LCD. If the screen is damaged externally, there is no warranty. If the screen is intact without scratches, the customer is welcome to hand in the phone under warranty.

When invoking a warranty, the following applies
If the product is defective already on delivery, this must be reported within 3 days. In such cases, we are responsible for all shipping costs in connection with the exchange for a working product. If the product breaks within the warranty period, the buyer is responsible for the transport of the product to Elgruvan, all other shipping costs are Elgruvan covered. If a product turns out to be free of defects despite the buyer requesting warranty measures, the buyer is responsible for all costs that Elgruvan incurred in connection with the case. If a product is not covered by warranty due to one or more circumstances, the buyer is responsible for all costs charged to Elgruvan in connection with the case.

Open purchase

The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 30 days. The right of withdrawal only applies if the product is in its original unopened packaging and has not been used. There is no right of withdrawal for used products.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to services where the performance has begun with the consumer's consent during the withdrawal period.

Examples of such products include:
• Subscriptions
• Mobile telephony
• IPTV boxes that have been tested
• Digital TV

Products that are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
• Spare parts
• Memory cards
• USB sticks
• Batteries
• Power banks
• Headphones/Headsets
• Hygiene items

If any of these products are sealed, the right of withdrawal only applies if the seal is unbroken.

Return conditions

When returning a product where the right of withdrawal applies, the buyer is responsible for the transport to Elgruvan.
1. Always contact us before returning a product, by sending a "Return or exchange" request to our customer service at kundtjanst@elgruvan.se.
2. We cannot be held responsible if the package is returned to the wrong address.
3. Return the shipment as a company package or equivalent to our return address.
4. If the item is damaged during return shipping, the right to return expires.

NOTE! Only the purchase price of the item is refunded - shipping fees are not refunded.
Consumables such as lamps, batteries, spare parts and the like are not covered by open purchase.
All returns must be sent with PostNord or DHL, which delivers directly to us. Returns that end up at a representative will not be processed.

Unclaimed parcels (DHL, postal parcels)
If an order is not picked up from the transport company, a return shipping fee and an administrative fee of currently SEK 150 excluding VAT will be charged. Cancellation of an order is only possible if you call us, an item that has already been sent with a transport company cannot be cancelled.

Force majeure
Events such as war, natural disasters, industrial action, government decisions, non-deliveries from subcontractors, costly circumstances and comparable events beyond Elminean's control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be attributed to force majeure, which means that Elgruvan are released from their obligations to fulfil agreements entered into.
