Use the same lead to satellite and TV! In the combiner you connect the cable from LNB, DiSEqC switch, etc. as well as the cable from the regular antenna.

In the special TV/Radio/Sat socket, the signals are then separated. The combiner has DC walkthrough, so diSEqC and tonswitchs work. Cannot be combined with mast amplifier due to voltage supply, however, TV/SAT can.
